8.3.5. Superlative form and/or superlative construction
Superlatives are formed productively with the circumfix leg-(adjective)-Vbb. Note, that certain types of attrubutive adjectives (e.g. adjectives expressing absolute properties, such as 'blind') do not have a superlative form.

Many relational and locational adjectives, just as oridinal and partitive modifiers do not have superlative forms.
