1.5.4. Copula Predicate nominal order within the predicate
The copula-verb precedes the predicate nominal, if it is in subjunctive mood.

The copula precedes the predicate nominal in non-neutral clauses. In this case, the sucject is focused and occupies the directly preverbal position.

The word order is S copula Predicate in equative sentences, in which the refreents of two definite noun phrases are predicated to be the same. Note that in this pattern, either of the members nan be subjects, but there is an obligatory focus on it.
