8.3.4. Comparative form and/or comparative construction
Comparatives are formed productively with the suffix -Vbb. Note, that certain types of attrubutive adjectives (e.g. adjectives expressing absolute properties, such as 'blind') do not have a comparative form.

Many relational and locational adjectives, just as oridinal and partitive modifiers do not have comparative forms.
