11.5.3. The relative order of the determiners wrt. other types of modifiers/suffixes
The definite article precedes unmarked pronominal possessors, non-inflecting demonstratives, quantifiers (except for mind 'all'), numerals, participial relatives and qualitative modifiers in general. The distribution of the indefinite article basically corresponds to that of numerals.

The quantifier mind 'all' always precedes the definite article. Note that it can only modify definite noun phrases that contain a numeral (or else, it forms a sereies of compund demonstrative, such as mind-ezek 'all.these').
